Great app! Ive got a number of astronomy apps and this one is my fav. The only problem is that the accelerometer didnt work properly when I was outside, away from a wifi connection (I dont have 3G). It didnt allow me to input my coordinates in conjunction with the motion sensor. Nevertheless, 5 stars for being breathtakingly excellent.

First time it ran after loading it locked up "loading cool stuff". Every time I use the system menu the menu duplicates all the menu options! Sometimes when switching back to the sky view the unit will beep but not change the display unless selected twice... Hope to see a bug fixed update soon, maybe then it will be worth the $. Nice program but needs work.

Best Astronomy program you can imagine, and even better! Work flawlessly. You can adjust the maximum magnitude of the stars displayed to match your nightsky so its way much easier to match whats on your screen to the sky... Many other options that you had only dream of. Be ready to spend a lot of time with this app. So many informations available on everything. Its like a live astronomy catalog. Big tanks. WORTH EVERY DIME FOR EVERY ASTRONOMY ENTHOUSIAST. !!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This is one of the truly great iOS apps. Takes full advantage of the iPad internal clock, GPS and compass to automatically display the right view. If you ever wondered "what is that star called?", this makes it easy.

If this was the only app for an IPad it would be worth the cost of the IPad just to have this app Absolutely the easiest way to understand the night sky. Point and learn astronomy at its best.

Load of great information. Very fun to play with however Im noticing that the compass/gps features are not working correctly but this may be due to recent updates to iOS 5.0.1.

Amazing app,if you are interested in astronomy it has everything you could possibly want. Great way to learn about the stars, planets etc. Cant believe how much data is in this app.

I plan my observing nights a few days ahead on Stallarium (PC software). Use this app in the back yard and out in the field as a quick reference to get information on subjects I am not familiar with. This is a great learning tool for beginners.

Great app! I just recently got a 4.5" reflector telescope and this app is an invaluable aid helping to discover what there is up there to view. It is also good for learning the night sky.

I know that there is an update available, but when I try to get it, it tells me that the product is no longer available. Whats going on? I am using IOS 6
